How It Works
We work with a trusted, international network of finance professionals who understand greenhouse investments. But we don’t just refer anyone. Before we introduce any financing partner, we go through a vetting process to assess whether the project is a good match.
Here’s what to expect:
-
Step 1 – Feasibility Study
Before any financing conversation, we require you to provide a basic market analysis or feasibility study.
Understanding your market, your sales potential, and your operational plan is critical. It doesn’t have to be perfect — but it does need to be real.
Better to start today. Feasibility comes first. -
Step 2 – Introductory Call
We schedule a conversation to understand your project in more depth: location, property, team, cultivation goals, and timeline. -
Step 3 – Internal Assessment
Based on your feasibility study and intake call, we determine if your project fits one of our current financing partners. -
Step 4 – Tailored Introduction
If it’s a match, we introduce you to a financing partner for further discussions. If not, we’ll share our feedback and possible alternatives.
Financing structures typically include a substantial first installment, followed by 5-year payment plans at competitive rates, often backed by property collateral.
